Inpatient Services

The Radiology Department is a 24-hour imaging service that uses state-of-the-art x-ray producing equipment to generate images of the tissues, organs, bones and vessels of the body, as prescribed by providers, to assist in the diagnosis of disease or injury.

Procedures are also performed at the patient's bedside using mobile radiographic equipment, in surgical suites through the use of mobile fluoroscopic (C-arm) units, in the recovery area as well as in the Emergency Department.  Medical imaging procedures are performed by adapting the variable technical parameters of the procedure to the condition of the patient, assuring minimal radiation exposure to patients and personnel.

Outpatient Services

Radiology provides complete outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures. Comprehensive x-ray is available for skeletal, abdominal, chest, genitourinary (GU) and gastrointestinal (GI) diagnostic testing. CT (we have an in-house, state of the art, 16-slice scanner) and MRI scans of the brain, body, chest, abdominal, extremities and musculoskeletal are available.  Ultrasounds, including OB Songrams, are also available.  A prescription from your provider is required for all procedures.
